三、FDZ系列預(yù)制分支電纜的主要性能
Main properties of FDZ Series Prera bricated Branch Cable
1、絕緣電阻≥200MΩKm;
2、絕緣耐壓3.5kv/5min不擊穿；
3、良好氣密性與防水性，即將分支接頭浸入水中，在水與電纜芯之間測(cè)量絕緣電阻和工頻耐壓均應(yīng)符合1和2的要求。
4、分支接頭的接觸電阻的小，接觸電阻與等長(zhǎng)的分支線的基準(zhǔn)電阻之比值≤1.2;
5、接頭短路強(qiáng)度大，短路后接觸電阻比率的變化率≤0.2
6、ZR-YJV型阻燃預(yù)制分支電纜，護(hù)套的自熄時(shí)間≤12s，符合GB12666.5的要求。
7、NH耐火型電纜除了能在正常的工作條件下供電外，也能在燃燒情況下，保持90min的正常運(yùn)行，符合GB12666.6的要求。
8、VV型電纜的銅芯的最高工作溫度為70℃，YJV型電纜的銅芯的最高工作溫度為90℃；
9、具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性，能抵抗無(wú)機(jī)鹽、油、堿、酸和有機(jī)溶劑對(duì)它的腐蝕；
10、YJV型預(yù)制分支電纜具有優(yōu)良的熱穩(wěn)定性和抗老化性；
11、GWDZ-，WDZA-，WDNA-，WDZAN-，清潔型預(yù)制分支電纜具有低煙、低毒、無(wú)鹵、耐火等優(yōu)越性能。
12、GZR-YJV隔氧層系列分支電纜。具有高阻燃、耐火性能，阻燃性能超過(guò)阻燃標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A類(lèi)。

5.large joint short circuit strength.The variation rate of contact resistance ratio after shart circuit is equal to orless than 0.2;
6.For ZR-YJV type flame-retarded prefabricated branch cables,self extinguishing time of jacket is equal is equal to or less than 12s and meets GB12666.5;
7.Besides power supply in normal working condition NH fire resistance type cable can reamin normal operation for 90 min uder brming condition and meets GB12666.6;
8.Max,working temperature of copper core of VV type cable is 70℃ and that of YJV type cable 90℃;
9.With excellent corrosive resistance,it can keep from eroding of inorganic salt,oil,base,acid,organic solution and so on;
10.YJV type prefabricated branch cable has excellent themal stability and aging resistance;
11.GWDZ-,WDZA-,WDNA-,WDZAN-clean-type precast branch cable possesses the features such as low smoke,lowtoxic,non-halogen and fireresistance etc;
12.GZR-YJV oxygen barrier branch cable with higt flame retardance and fire resistance which exceeds Antifaming Stamdard A class.
