額定電壓450/750V聚氯乙烯控制電纜和0.6/1kV交聯(lián)聚乙烯控制電纜分別用于450/750V和0.6/1kV及以下控制、監(jiān)控回路及保護(hù)線(xiàn)等場(chǎng)所。聚氯乙烯控制電纜的工作溫度為70℃，交聯(lián)聚乙烯控制電纜工作溫度為90℃，電纜的型號(hào)、名稱(chēng)和使用范圍見(jiàn)表1。
本公司在額定電壓450/750V聚氯乙烯絕緣和護(hù)套控制電纜的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)了0.6/1kV交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜、阻燃型PVC/XLPE絕緣控制電纜和耐火型PVC/XLPE絕緣控制電纜。450/750V聚氯乙烯絕緣控制電纜符合GB9330-88的規(guī)定。0.6/1kV交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜符合IEC60502.1的有關(guān)規(guī)定。阻燃型和耐火型控制電纜其電氣性能符合GB9330-88《塑料絕緣控制電纜》，阻燃性能根據(jù)要求可符合GB/T18380.3《成束電線(xiàn)或電纜的燃燒試驗(yàn)方法》中的A、B或C類(lèi)，耐火性能符合BG/T19216-2003《在火焰條件下電纜或光纜的線(xiàn)路完整性試驗(yàn)》的規(guī)定。
The rated voltages 450/750V and 0.6/1kV XLPE control cables are used for the controlling return circuit and protecting facilities for the rated voltages 450/750V and 0.6/1kV separately.The working temperature of PVC and XLPE control cables are 70℃ and 90℃ separately. type,description and main applications of cable see table 1.
Based on PVC insulated and sheathed control cable for rated voltage 450/750V PVC,our company developed 0.6/1kV XLPE insulated control cable and flame-retardnant & fire-resistant PVC/XLPE insulated control cables,450/750V PVC insulated control cable is in accordance with GB9330-88. 0.6/1 kV XLPE insulated control cable meets the related criterions of IEC60502.1.The electrical properties of flame-retardant and fire-resistant control cables are in accordance with GB9330-88“Plastic insulated control cable”.The property of flame-retardant meets the requirements of class A,B or C of BG/T18380.3“Test on bunched wire or cable correspondingly”,Firepro of performance shall comply with stipulation of GB/T 19216-2003“Integrity test for electric cable or optic cable under the flame condition”.
